    The company is expanding very rapidly and we now require a Building Services Project Manager to join our management team at Slough HQ. This role is extremely key to the delivery side of the business. We are looking for someone who wants rapid career progression and financial rewards.

    Profile


    Essential:

  • Minimum of 5 years within a building services engineering role
  • Managing sub-contract and supply chain contractors
  • Self-starter who requires very little management
  • Good organisational skills
  • Experience of management of multi-discipline subcontract and direct employed staff
  • Customer-focused
  • Ability to deliver projects within time and budget

  • Desirable:

  • Previous experience within the Energy/Water management business
  • Educated to degree level in a relevant building services subject

  • Role


    The Building Services Project Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient, cost-effective delivery of short and longer term contracts. The projects vary from the management of the installation of energy / water efficiency technology. Projects can be multi-site and UK-wide but very little travelling is envisaged. The role will entail interface with customers at junior or senior level so a good range of people skills is required. The ability to drive value into projects for our customers is essential.

    The successful candidate will be required to ensure high levels of customer service and adequate resources are in place to deliver current and future demand.

    Basic salary will be £40-50k plus bonuses.

    Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5:30pm.

    Commercial Accountant (Permanent) - Slough Office

    Outstanding opportunity for a recently-qualified accountant to join in this highly commercial role in our Energy and Water Management business. Working alongside the Operations and Sales Directors, you'll continuously improve business methods and provide a professional commercial service to ensure all systems, controls and reporting adhere to company and statutory standards.

    Duties


  • Develop financial reporting systems, to ensure weekly projects analysis reports, commercial trading reports for the sales & marketing, monthly results analysis & monthly reporting packs, budget and forecast reports been delivered timely, ensure accurate allocation of costs & revenue.
  • Review of the organisation's corporate systems, strategies and operational targets, develop advanced business modelling techniques helping to drive improved performance, and help the business to meet its financial and non-financial targets.

  • Essential experience and skills


    Experience:

  • Have strong planning and organisational skills, handle large amounts of data and information efficiently, working to deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Experience of operating in a sales and cost-conscious business.
  • Practical and recent hands-on experience of all aspects of the accounting and planning processes.
  • Understanding of business issues and experience in aiding managers in responding to them.

  • Skills:

  • Sage Line 50 2007, Report designer.
  • Excel Lookups functions, Pivot Tables and advanced written formulae.
  • MS Query / MS Access to extract data from SQL databases.
  • Recognised accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA)

  • Excellent remuneration package for the right candidate.

    Admin Assistant (Permanent) - Slough office

    A company specialising in reducing energy and water consumption is looking for an enthusiastic experienced administrator.

    We are looking for a person with a good eye for detail, a flexible “can do” attitude, who can work on their own initiative and as part of a team.

    This role requires the candidate to assist in the day-to-day administration duties and support the team based in Slough.

    Education


    Must have GCSEs, (Grade A-C in English, Maths) or Equivalent.

    Skills Required


  • Good planning and organisational skills (able to multi-task)
  • Excellent Communication skills (written and verbally)
  • Personal Responsibility
  • Problem Solving
  • Strong IT skills including MS Word and MS Excel
  • Ability to work unsupervised.

  • Skills Desired


  • Experience of managing and/or interrogating database data, such as MS Access would be a considerable advantage.
  • Experience with ACT and Sage Line 50 would be an advantage.

  • Salary £15-£16K p.a. depending on experience.

    Tele Sales /Internal Sales Executive (Permanent) - Slough Office

    ADSM is looking to recruit a Telesales Executive to join its successful sales team.

    Profile


    Essential:

  • A resilient self-starter, with drive, commitment and ambition.
  • Experience in a telesales role, preferably in an office environment rather than a call centre.
  • Experience in identifying sales opportunities, closing orders, setting up appointments for external sales staff and working as part of a team.
  • Computer-literate.
  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Desirable:

  • Attended a formal telesales or sales course.

  • Role


    Working from a database, the jobholder will identify, cold call and qualify potential customers. Having identified an opportunity, they will then either take the opportunity through to a close, if feasible, or book an appointment for an external sales person to visit. The Tele Sales / Internal Sales Executive will work closely with an external sales person to achieve targets. This will entail preparing quotations, following up quotes and negotiating with customers to close orders.

    Basic salary will be £15-£16k, with the opportunity to earn commission with an OTE around £20k. Commission is open-ended.

    Hours of work are Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5:30pm.
