ADSM will :

Set up and maintain a centralised billing database on your behalf
Review your existing energy-consuming assets and operating practices
Identify opportunities for savings at all your sites
Provide all the assistance you need to improve and maintain your organisation’s energy usage efficiency and your impact on the environment

There is no up-front investment to achieve your energy savings. We charge a percentage of the proven savings over a fixed term. After the initial Agreement period, the full 100% of financial savings go direct to your organisation.

An Energy Services Agreement with ADSM provides :

A survey of your site, if necessary
Energy bill validation - and direct liaison with your energy provider
Installation and supply of leading-edge, energy-efficiency technology, as appropriate for each site
Environmental certification
M&T (monitoring & targeting) detailed reports on a monthly basis, to confirm and analyse energy savings
Helpdesk for advice
Annual maintenance of installed energy-saving equipment
Account Management, to ensure things always run smoothly
